We Are Trash Sergeant
Trash Sergeant is a veteran-owned and veteran-led valet trash company. Since we own and service our own apartment communities across Texas, we apply our “ownership perspective” to every community we serve.
Our mission is to exceed the expectations of residents and managers with precisely executed and detail-oriented valet trash service. We accomplish this by concentrating on five focus areas:
★ Service: We are not there to just collect trash, but to serve residents and property managers
★ Precise Execution: We collect trash on time and without missing units
★ Attention to Detail: We ensure we are neat and orderly in transporting trash and delivering it to the dumpsters
★ Communication: We report proactively to property managers with actionable information and are responsive when they have a need
★ Empathy: We put ourselves in the shoes of those we serve; how would we want our trash collected?
Sergeant Etymology
The word Sergeant comes from the French word “sergent, serjant” which means “servant, a valet or a court official” and from the latin serviens or servientum meaning “serving”
