ERIC FLECKENSTEIN

Eric Fleckenstein is a business leader with a track record of success in operations, business development, and business ownership. 

Before joining Trash Sergeant, Eric owned Yeti Services, a pool business he founded that grew to over $500K in annual revenue. He recruited and led a team of 35 employees and subcontractors and managed more than 100 pools, including weekly maintenance, remodels, and repairs. 

Before owning his own business, Eric worked as a General Manager for Blue Science Pools and Operations Manager for Prestonwood Baptist Church. 

Eric attended the University of Arkansas and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and an Associate’s degree in Elementary Education.
