Marty “Mario” Garcia is a multifaceted leader with a track record of success in operations management, business development, and team development. He is also a former business owner.
Prior to joining Trash Sergeant, Marty worked as an Independent Contractor/Broker placing facilities operations personnel into facilities management roles from DFW to the Permian Basin. Working to coach and mentor over 100 team members, Marty is very adept at leading teams in addition to identifying paths for individual growth. Prior to that, Marty worked as Director of Leasing and Operations Management for Beck Ventures in Dallas, managing leasing, occupancy, and capex programs to maximize the profitability of each commercial asset he was assigned. He also responded to tenant requests and problems and followed up with tenants to ensure a satisfactory resolution of their concerns.
Marty also co-owned and ran a martial arts studio that produced a U.S. Olympian, in addition to co-founding a copying business. Marty has two daughters and two sons and enjoys coaching and working with them in their respective sport. One of his sons achieved his goal of playing Division 1 football and one of his daughters recently qualified for the US Swimming Nationals in Iowa in 2022 with the goal of making the Olympic team.
