Israel Balbuena

Israel Balbuena serves as District Manager at Trash Sergeant, where he oversees daily operations, team performance, and service delivery across multiple communities. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Israel brings a strong background in logistics, planning, and team leadership. During his military career, he managed more than 200 large-scale operations and was responsible for coordinating the movement of billions in assets under high-pressure conditions.

After transitioning to civilian life, Israel continued building his logistics career, managing hazardous materials compliance and international freight operations for global shipping and transportation companies. He earned his Bachelor's degree in General Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus while stationed in Okinawa, Japan.

Israel’s approach is rooted in accountability, operational discipline, and clear communication. He leads with a hands-on style, focused on team development, efficiency, and reliable service.

Outside of work, he stays active and enjoys time in the gym as part of his daily routine.
